01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the vr9 platform, including the website under the domain vr9.org, related mobile applications, and all services provided by the Company. This Agreement supersedes all previous versions and takes effect on the date stated above.

By completing the account registration process, clicking the "Register" or "I Agree" button, or simply continuing to use any part of the vr9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms contained in this document as well as our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

02 User Eligibility

To open an account and use vr9 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a person who has imposed self-exclusion or been excluded from gambling services.
• Not register on behalf of or for another individual without written authorisation from the Company.
• Be responsible for complying with all local laws personally applicable to you in relation to the use of this platform.

03 Account Registration and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any one time. If more than one account is detected for the same individual, the Company reserves the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad) and valid contact details.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential. vr9 will not be liable for any losses arising from the disclosure of a password by the user themselves.
• Notify the Company immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

vr9 employs SSL encryption protocols and other technical security measures to protect user data. However, users are also responsible for ensuring that the devices and environments they use to access the platform are secure.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vr9 platform are subject to the following limits and procedures:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within one hour upon successful verification.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details submitted are accurate and belong to them personally. Withdrawal requests submitted to third-party accounts will not be processed and may result in the account being suspended while an investigation is carried out.

vr9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes a copy of the MyKad and the relevant bank or e-wallet account statement. This process is part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

05 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by vr9, including the welcome bonus, carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Users are required to fully understand these requirements before accepting any offer.

The vr9 welcome bonus works as follows:

• 100% bonus on the first deposit amount up to a maximum of RM1,500.
• The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering to complete: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000.
• Another example: Deposit RM3,200 → Bonus RM1,500 → Account balance RM4,700 → Wagering to complete: RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedge betting or fraud, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and immediate account closure.

06 Game Rules

vr9 offers a range of game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and table and card games. Each game category has specific rules that form part of these Terms and Conditions as a whole.

Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) audited by an independent body, or in the case of live games, by a real dealer under strict monitoring systems. vr9 does not control, modify or intervene in any game outcome.

In unexpected technical situations such as connection disruptions or system errors during a game session, vr9 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the user's stake to the account balance. This decision is final.

07 Prohibited User Conduct

Users of the vr9 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Using automated software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any suspicious financial activity through the vr9 platform.
• Spreading false or misleading information about vr9 to other users.
• Disrupting or attempting to interfere with the technical operation of the platform.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another individual's information without authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in permanent account suspension or closure, retention of the account balance pending investigation, and possible legal action.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the vr9 support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time and any eligible balance will be refunded in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

vr9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The user has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification cannot be completed within the stipulated period.
• Multiple accounts for the same individual are detected.

09 Limitation of Company Liability

vr9 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

The Company will not be liable for any loss of income, indirect financial loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, unless directly caused by proven negligence on the part of the Company itself.

The Company's total liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

vr9 reserves the right to amend, improve or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page and the "Effective" date will be updated accordingly.

Users will be notified of significant amendments via notices on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the vr9 platform after the effective date of such amendments is considered full acceptance of the amended terms.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where vr9 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiation is unsuccessful within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the arbitration rules adopted by the Company, and the arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
